Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Drunkn Shots does not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind, unless there is an error on our part in creating your order, or your item(s) arrives damaged.

To request a refund, contact us within 2 days of receipt of your package, along with a photo of the damaged or defective item.

If you are requesting a refund and your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing items within 2 days of receipt of package.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
